Philanthropy is a belief in the future … that the future can be good. Philanthropy is investing in that future.

Thousands of acts of kindness each year connect community donors with agency clients through philanthropic gifts.

Knowing that they are not alone relieves some of the burden and adds dignity to our clients’ struggles. Knowing they are making a difference in human lives allows our donors to express their belief in community.

Family& Children Services’ development staff matches donor intent with critical client and program needs. Development efforts are focused on caring for critical client needs that cannot be met through any other community funding source and sustaining critical Agency services for the future.

Our generous donors are ever more critical to the delivery of services in difficult economic times.  Last year unprecedented HANDLE WITH CARE annual campaign giving resulted in a 13.6% increase over goal and generous gifts to Circle of Hope Endowment were invested to secure the long term financial stability of the Agency.

Our communities are better places to live – and we are better people - when we care for one another.
