| Family & Children Services
has continued its mission to “support, strengthen and preserve the
safety, well being and dignity of children, individuals and families”
for over 106 years and in its stewardship role, has been the voice of
concern and compassion for our most vulnerable citizens. A 24-member Board
of Directors and staff of 220 take the Agency’s mission very personally
and commit ourselves every day to being ‘a Source of Hope’
to those we serve. As an organization, Family & Children Services
manages change by modifying programming, staffing patterns and budgets,
in response to each community’s funding priorities and invites community
donors to join us in meeting human service needs.
The Agency offers over 30 programs and services as one organization – Board, Staff and Foster Parents - with a unity of purpose in all that we do. All services are strength-based and client-centered, supporting individuals and families as they create healthy changes in their lives. We are honored to serve. Giving our individual best performance in meeting critical human service needs is Family & Children Services’ strong signature in the community! |
