Career Path System

The Career Path System has been developed for Professional Direct Service employees providing direct service who are required to have a college degree in order to perform their jobs. It allows professional direct service workers who wish to develop a career at the agency to do so without moving into a management position. The Career Path system consists of five job descriptions which measure the depth and breadth of the job.
