When you are feeling stressed, when your world feels like it is coming apart, counseling can mean the difference between dreading each day and feeling like you are ready to tackle the challenges you face. When you are feeling hopeless, we can be a Source of Hope AND help.
Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. You want someone who will understand your unique situation, who accepts you, who easily demonstrates warmth and caring and someone who can provide you the answers and tools you need to handle the issues confronting you. Our staff average over 18 years of counseling experience and have a wide range of experience dealing with a variety of life’s problems.
Referrals can easily be made by calling our friendly intake workers. They will take your intake information over the phone and quickly schedule you for the next available appointment with the therapist of your choice. If you are unsure which therapist would be the best fit for you or your family, our intake worker will discuss the specialties of each therapist. We accept most insurances including Medicaid HMO’s and offer a sliding fee scale for those who live or work in Calhoun County, have no insurance or may have difficulty with the cost of deductibles or copayments.
