The Primary Objective of Family & Children Services' Compensation program is to competitively attract, retain and reward employees who contribute to achieving the goals and objectives of the Agency.

Family & Children Services will strive to consistently compensate each employee based on meeting performance objectives and our ability to pay. The agency seeks to pay salaries that are competitive with salaries paid for similar jobs in the appropriate labor market. The agency is also committed to communicating compensation policies and practices to our employees.
